You're designing a hotel for aliens who live underwater. It's all going to be below ground but for one floor which is all glass and gives them a look out to see what kind of weather it is that day, etc.
A less than scrupulous type offers to pay big money if you set up another hotel above that but include a glass floor so everyone can gawk at the underwater aliens. This could cost you the contract for building the underwater hotel, possibly. But the guy offering cash is offering a ton of it to try to sway you to his way of thinking.
